Manufacturing/Electronics Assembler
Position Details:
- Permanent, Full-Time
- On-Site (No Remote Eligibility)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Shift: The required shift is Afternoon Shift, Monday to Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Initial training will be (Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.,)

Summary:
As a Manufacturing/Electronics Assembler, the successful incumbent will have electronics manufacturing experience with both surface mount and through hole component technologies. You specialize in troubleshoot/debug, rework, repair and building of various assemblies at various levels of completion with good hand, eye coordination with these technologies. Excellent understanding of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards, IPC-A-610 certification preferred but not required for this position.
The primary responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct quality control for all MRI products to meet commercial standards and customer satisfaction.
- Test all MRI products, to validate the failures.
- Performs inspection, using magnifying devices to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
- Assemble and test electronic products (LED display modules)
- Operate machine/testers in a continuous production environment.
- Keep immediate and nearby work areas and equipment in safe, clean, and orderly condition.
- Report any unsafe or abnormal conditions or opportunities for continual improvement to direct Supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership.
- Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Academic Training:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Experience:
- Previous electronics manufacturing experience an asset
- Hand Soldering experience required.
Specific Competencies:
- Capable of self-motivated hard work with a positive attitude.
- Must be a team player, ability to work under pressure.
- Disciplined, proactive and shows initiative.
