Sign Expo Canada is the Sign Association of Canada’s National Trade-show that attracts exhibitors and prospects from all over the world to see all of the latest and greatest the Canadian sign industry has to offer.

By exhibiting at Sign Expo Canada we had the opportunity to educate, connect and be a part of an ever expanding Canadian audience, and to show off our newest technologies and products/services.

For 2016 we decided to go large with an impressive 20’x40′ booth that would showcase our capabilities in digital displays, large format print and 3D Fabrications.

We decided to go with a theme of “space” and utilize impressive and high quality imagery in print and on-screen.  The main feature of our booth was a massive 10’x20′ indoor LED screen with a pixel pitch of 3.9mm, with crystal clear images many attendees stood in awe wishing this could be in their basement.

We also featured  3.9mm and 2.9mm LED screens on the inside, outside and rear of the booth to give a total sensory display for all who stopped by to visit.  For print, we featured a huge 10’x20′ vinyl graphic at the rear of the booth that outlined the entire 50 year history of Media Resources compared to the last 50 years of space exploration. We topped our booth off with self adhesive print applied to dibond material to give our booth that extra bit of height to really stand out.

The biggest draw was our 3D carved, milled and hand painted alien prop to showcase our capabilities in custom 3D work.

Our booth was a huge hit drawing crowds of people consistently, on Friday afternoon our very own Elliott O’Brien gave a talk about Up-time and Serviceability of our LED modules that was well attended and well received.

To keep the party going we used our LED bar literally and we opened up the booth and served drinks for a few hours on Friday afternoon to all who stopped by.

Friday night at the awards banquet and dinner we were thrilled to hear our name announced as the winner for the best booth award by the awards show judging committee.
